Lets Roast Fish!

Most Cameroonians eat alot of maquereau, but the day i tasted the fish called tilapia i knew i wasn't turning back. This recipe is excellent for friday evenings.....atleast for me! The heart of Moghamo....., Every cameroonian tribe has a staple to be proud of,- and this i am dead-sure the people of Moghamo (Batibo) are definitely proud of this meal.
