Lets Roast Fish!

Most Cameroonians eat alot of maquereau, but the day i tasted the fish called tilapia i knew i wasn't turning back. This recipe is excellent for friday evenings.....atleast for me! Well lets try this out.
Black tilapia
 Recipe

  • Tilapia
  • Ripe plantains
  • Spinach
  • Ginger, garlic, onions
  • Paprika
  • and other secret spices for the sauce

Turnin Coco "nang tarrè"

The heart of Moghamo....., Every cameroonian tribe has a staple to be proud of,- and this i am dead-sure the people of Moghamo (Batibo) are definitely proud of this meal. I can't for sure say i can achieve the traditional way this is being cooked, but hey! this is my own making. Its commonly cooked for traditional feasts and celeberations.

Recipe

  • Makabo (cocoyams)
  • Smoked fish filet
  • Meat
  • Fresh bitterleaves or Spinach
  • Palm oil
  • Fresh ginger, garlic, red pepper
  • salt and maggi to taste
  • Crayfish (njanga)
