Most Cameroonians eat alot of maquereau, but the day i tasted the fish called tilapia i knew i wasn't turning back. This recipe is excellent for friday evenings.....atleast for me! Well lets try this out.

- Tilapia
- Ripe plantains
- Spinach
- Ginger, garlic, onions
- Paprika
- and other secret spices for the sauce
I was able to taste some of the meals....delicious is all I say...hopefully I'll have some more soon : )
